Via del Viminale is safe, handy, central, and relatively quiet. It’s a five minute walk from the airport shuttle stop (from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport), and two blocks away from Piazza Della Repubblica and Via Nazionale.
Fine stores, restaurants, 24-hour bars, pharmacies, markets, malls and museums are located nearby and 38 Viminale street is located near the main public transports.

How to reach the 38 Viminale Street De Luxe B&B?By plane: From Fiumicino Airport: From Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino) airport there is a train shuttle to Termini Railway Station which runs at 30 minutes intervals. (800 metres from the 38 Viminale Street B&B).
From Ciampino Airport: A 'Terravision' shuttle bus service is available from Ciampino Airport to Termini Station, via Marsala 22 (3 minutes walking distance).
By train: From Termini Railway Station (800 metres from the 38 Viminale Street B&B) take the exit to via Giolitti and from there it is only a 5-minute walk from the train or bus or metro station to the B&B.
Termini Railway Station offers train connections to all Italy and European cities. It has access to all the underground lines (A + B) and is the main bus terminus in Rome.
By car: From Leonardo da Vinci/Fiumicino International Airport (West):
Take Highway 80 via Cristoforo Colombo and follow the directions to the city centre/San Giovanni. Go to Termini station and from there follow the map.
From L'Aquila/Bari (East):
Take Highway A24 and follow to tangenziale est. Then take via Tiburtina and follow the directions to Termini station and from there follow the map.

The hotel rooms are well located close to the rail terminal they are well presented and serviced. the hotel has no foyer but when the office arrangements are understood cause no inconvience and office staff would very helpfull i would recommend this accomodation to all travells to rome

The location is great making it easy to access other sites of attraction. the metro and main station are close by. the room was very nice with a great view opposite the opera house. it’s a good value for money The only disappointment we had to pay for accessing the internetKEEGAN

It was very clean, comfortable and relaxing to return home to in the evenings. large tv screen was a bonus for viewing a film available for 3 euros at reception. would definitely return if reasonably assured of a window viewing the opera house.Nothing negative!Anonymous

The room at 38 viminale was lovely. the room was a nice size, had a window looking into a courtyard, and extra pillows (something we didn't find at other hotels). there was a little area to make coffee and tea outside of the room. the bathroom had two sinks and a fantastic shower.Anonymous

The room was beautiful andf better than expected, we were very close to the colosseum and other landmarks, didnt need to use public transport to get anywhere! after the initial problems upon arrival they couldnt do more to help usWhen we arrived the staff were very rude and unhelpful. they had our booking wrong and had us due to arrive the next day but were very rude about the fact and instead of calling easy to book themselves to solve the problem they left it to me, i had t call the netherlands on my mobile phone which would of cost lots of money, after them using my phone for 10 mins and locking us out if the reception area whilst they were on my phone sorting out the booking. once they realised that it was a fault their end their attitude drmaitically changed, although they did not have a room for us so we had to be put in a hotel u the road from them which they said as at the same standard as them although it was not! Very clean and nice rooms. very central location and excellent air con.The b & b is over three floors with swipe key access to each floor and room. came back from sightseeing our second day and not only was the door to the floor wide open but also our room. anyone could have walked in. i called the manager and he said there was work being carried out under supervision. our room could have been robbed. the manager was quite arrogant.
