The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to every where. room was clean and staff were very nice.
We got trapped in the lift for over an hour. would not recommend using the lift at all. the breakfast room was very small, often too busy to get a seat, and if you like toast then i recommend getting up an hour prior to eating it, other words the toaster was not the quickest !

Staff was very friendly. nice little breakfast room.
It was a little hard to find the actual office to check in. lobby was empty. reception office was on the 4th floor & that was not indicated anywhere in the lobby. no phone or clock in room.

The staff were very helpful, giving a map of the area on arrival togther with info on the buses to catch, nice restaurants to eat in and areas to avoid.
It was quite confusing when we first arrived as the hotel is situated in an apartment block so there is no reception, you have to buzz the front door and they will let you in.

The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly upon our arrival, and was so kind as to talk us through the site-seeing tours on offer during our stay.

Once booking difficulties were resolved, the stay was an otherwise pleasant stay and the rooms were very comfortable
The booking was canceled initially with a claim that there was an issue with the credit card, there wasn't, my bank confirmed in fact that no attempt had even been made to authorize the card. only the threat of pulling a second room booked by another individual made our room suddenly reappear. a quick check on tripadvisor.com site's reviews show that this is not an uncommon occurrence at this hotel.

Excellent location. spacious room. good breakfast. tea/coffee facility available at night which was greatly appreciated. i would use this b&b again.
Coffee machine in the breakfast room needs to be replaced.the limited space in the breakfast room poses a problem. paintwork/shower taps and the provision of soap in the handbasin needs attention.

The hotel was clean, the room was nice and it was good value for money for rome. the colosseum was very close and other sights were within walking distance for us as a mobile young couple. the hotel has quirky litle things, like a uv chandelier and rain shower, which weliked as an extra bit of thought that had gone into the rooms. altogether a very pleasant stay.
There were 4 flights of stairs to get to the hotel. there was a lift on one side of the hotel, which could be used, though we were asked to use the entrance with no lift. fine for us, but could be troublesome for peope with mobility problems, but i'm sure in those cases the lift would be made accessible. there seemed to be more action futher towards the vatican, but on the east of the river, for restaurants and bars. it took about 40mins to walk ther from the hotel. again, not a problem for us as it was a lovely walk through rome. i'm sure there is public transport if you are not keen on walking though, so altogether not a bad location.

58 le real de luxe doesnt perhaps look much on arrival but once inside your room, the finish and facilities are excellent! the bathroom was amazing - the shower had jets and was huge! the little features also made a great impression!... the breakfast room is ok, if a little small and the selection is adequate. the staff are friendly and helpful and i would consider staying here again if for nothing else the location is brilliant. 2 mins from station and within ease of walk to both the colloseum and trevi fountain.
The only negative is perhaps the reception area is poor and doesnt look very professional.

It existed that is the onely positive thing to say
The luxuary appartment consisted of an unfurnished box of a room ithe a bed. after protesting another room was said to be available at five in tha afternoon, this would seem to be the room we where been charged for. there where no silk sheets no sky tv. the fancy shower was of no use as there was no hot water throught our stay. the roof terrace where we expected to spend our evenings was locked off, there were no staff around to open it up. i expect it was not part of the hotel. in all just about everything the website says about the hotel is untrue what made it worse was that the hotel knows this. we where badly ripped off do not stay here

Room was fabulous. real luxury. location was ideal close to the train terminal.
The catering was poor. small cramped cafeteria. they ran out of food early in the serving, left us with just toast.
