Cons: We booked a triple room for 3 single adults and were given a room with a double bed and a small camp bed, only fit for a small child. there are no other triple rooms or bed options. the room was very small - we had to open our suitcases in the bathroom. it was very niosy at night as we were close to termini station and kept awake with the metro and sounds on the street.

Pros: Location of b&b was perfect for getting about being so close to station. also plenty of bars and nice, good value, restaurants nearby. very clean room, with everything needed therefore very comfortable. even had a proper coffee machine. perfect room and location for a short stay.
Cons: Took a while for doorbell to be answered and to get entry even if we had advised about our approximate arrival time

Cons: The douche didn't work properly for 2 days, they couldn't fix it. on the web site they mention a jacuzzi douche , it didn't work at all

Pros: We stayed in the room for 4 persons (with 2 children 10 and 13 years old), and we all liked our room, very good for its price. it had very nice view on the two sides, one of them on a small garden, very good bathroom. and we could sleep with opened window as there was quietly outside. very close to the train station, and the historic center can be reached on foot within 20-30 minutes.
Cons: Breakfast was meager, but its cost was not included, so we bought something to eat for breakfast in a nearest supermarket, fortunatly there was a teapot in the room.

Pros: Excellent location, easy walking to all tourist attractions, clean room, large double bed and power shower.
Cons: Breakfast was terrible, only used it once, cold coffee, bread and quoisant in plastic bags, butter frozen.

Pros: We really enjoyed it and i have recommended it to someone already. the chap looking after it was so helpful and pleasant and the owner/manager i spoke to on the phone was great too. there was a rooftop garden outside the rooms where we sat at night having drinks bought at the offlicence opposite. it is really close to trains, buses, metro. plus there are masses of places to eat out all in the streets. we would definately stay there again.
Cons: There was a breakfast area outside the room that was a little noisy if you want a lie in. the lift was irregular although it wasn't far to climb the stairs.

Pros: We had very nice room (deluxe room) in the vicinity of terrace. rooms are nice,well furnished and the stay there was comfortable. hotel is very near to termini station and number of restaurants.
Cons: Basin in the bathroom clogged oftenly and room cleaning service could not fix it.

Pros: Warm welcome from brought bubbly staff. every question answered in detail and with enthusiasm. every request made was satisfied fully & promptly. their suggested places to eat turned out to be fanulous and only yards from the doorstep this is my new favourite place. i'll use it each visit & recommend it highly to friends and family.

Pros: Great location within walking distance of colosseo, delicious restaurants, and we found a free parking spot right outside the hotel that we could see from our window. the reception staff was very kind and helpful.
Cons: We found cockroaches in our room. quite disturbing and quite spoiled the experience. also, w paid for the breakfast to be included and the website said that if we could not stay for breakfast that we would be given a "breakfast box" ahead of time. for as much as we paid, i think the (already) complimentary coffee and a few packaged pastries didn't really cut it. i would have preferred a refund, but upon asking for one, the reception clerk was confused (his english was good, but that was beyond him).
