A gem of a place!very near to termini station so central to everything. very clean room with a lovely hot shower.basic but nice breakfast served in your room. hosts were lovely and waited for us to arrive after an unexpected landing at the wrong airport.handy restaurant nearby where the food was excellent.
Would have liked to have had a facilicity where we could have got a hot drink in our room but the free wine was a welcome second.Matthews

Excellently placed to see all the attractions of rome. claudia & cornelio could not have been better hosts. rooms were of a very high standard and were cleaned daily. lovely bathrooms with all the finishing touches. if you go on the website of accomodation delia b&b and follow their directions to the hotel you should not have any trouble finding it. i would thoroughly recommend it! It was the positive reviews and the photographs that made me choose delia b&b and it completely came up to expectations - great location wonderful room, ensuite bathroom and all the touches that you would find at an above average hotel. breakfast was good with a choice and was bought to your room 2 minuites after ordering. cleanliness was excellent!Von Koettlitz

Good sized room and very clean. our host was friendly and helpful.If i hadn't read a previous guests comments about how to find it i would have struggled. the building works going on opposite from our bedroom was a very early wake up call - however this will be a temporaary blip on what is otherwise a delightful place.Anonymous

First impression was not what i expected, because the hotel is on the top floor of a block of flats and had the feeling of going to somebody's house, rather than a hotel, but when we got up to the reception the staff gave us a nice warm welcome; they were all really helpful and friendly and helped make our honeymoon special, the room was cleaned every day and it has everything you need. the location is also quite good, you can go walking to the main city centre spots and there are plenty of restaurants and bars around. would certainly recommend it and stay there again. Not much choice for breakfast, but it is nice that they bring it to your room in a nicely prepared trayAnonymous

Very kind and friendly people, helped with nice places to visit that weren't so touristy, also lent us a plug to suit our phones and cameras. the family take pride in keeping the rooms and surrounding areas spotless. will recommend delia's to any family member or friends that decide to visit rome. by the way 2 positives - it's near the termini but you don't hear a thing at night time, and it's less than 5mins from it.Anonymous

My partner & i have just returned from a wonderful weekend in rome, made all the more special by the excellent location & cleanliness of the delia b&b and also the excellent hospitality shown to us from the lovely lady who runs it. our room was beautiful and tastefully decorated as well as the bathroom and thank goodness for the ac, weather in rome was extremely hot & muggy. breakfast menu was lovely and it was nice having the choice of different foods. the location could not have been any better, just literally around the corner from termini station, everything was to hand...i wouldn't hesitate staying at the delia again and i will glady tell people who are planning a visit to rome & are wondering where to stay about the delia b&bNothing negative as such, except it was quite hard to find as it was set back from the road, you had to walk through a court yard, could do with being sign posted better, also a little like fort knox to get in and out, but thats not really a fault, better to be safe than sorry and it certinaly isn't off putting.Anonymous

The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help us whenever we needed something. the room was very clean, and cleaned everyday we were there.The breakfast was a bit poor (a croissant and coffee that was cold). also would have preferred if the towels were changed daily and more toiletries were provided.Marika Airu

To staff was very friendly and always willing to help in any possible need. there were free drinks and snacks. the room was very nice. the breakfast was served in rooms, and there were 5 different menus were we could chose what we want. the location of the hotel was excellent!They took the powers (electricity) off every time they cleaned the room, so the fridge was almost never cold and when coming back to the hotel after a long and hot day at the town you'd really want something cold to drink.Anonymous

I read reports that mentioned it is difficult to find. we arrived at the station on the terravsion bus and found our way easily. before we left the uk i received an email from the hotel asking what our arrival time was, i said around 12pm and although we were a little late, we were still met downstairs by the courtard with a welcoming smile. it is just a few minutes walk from the station. we were looking to explore rome on a budget and staying in this area was great and we didn't feel like we missed out on anything. the staff are very lovely and it felt very much like home from home. highly recommend this cute little b+b.Anonymous
