Pros: Our stay here was excellent. the owners of the b&b went out of their way to make us comfortable. the location was perfect, near the termini, but quiet and secluded.

Pros: The room was very adequate and the ensuite bathroom very clean. the breakfast provided in the room (there was no dining room) was simple, but quite adequate. the owner and his daughter very helpful and pleasant.
Cons: The towels in the bathrroom were changed every three days and this proved to be a problem as we had to have two showers a day because of the heat.in fairness, we discovered this arrangement was stated in the small print, but only after we had arrived at the accommodation. also, at times, there was a strong smell of drains in the bathroom.

Pros: Absolutely great staff and very helpful and friendly. very nice room, big, comfortable, clean. very good location. free wifi. breakfast served in the room.

Pros: We stayed there with another couple and it was very good.the hospitality was really excellent and the rooms were very good.it was a pleasure to stay there and the nice family that owns the place is very kind.if we go to rome again we will surely book this again and all four of us will recommand this bed ans breakfast to our friends.

Pros: Staff were extremely friendly, advising us on where we can go in rome when we just arrived. they served us breakfast in our rooms and even accomodated our request for additional requests apart from the standard breakfast menu. great experience.

Pros: It's a family business which is clearly felt in the service. very friendly and helpful people. the room was small but everything that you need was in it. tidy and clean.
Cons: The airconditioning was not working at the time we were there. the season was just starting and the mechanic had not yet come to prepare the system. it was hot and humid outside and therefore hot to sleep inside also.
just outside the b&b there were construction people working which was quite noisy early in the morning. as soon as this project is finishedi expect the noise level to be minimal. you have no street noise of people going out.

Cons: We were put in another property owned by the same people as a child had been in hospital and parents had extended their stay. room (at either property) was on the 4th floor with a rickety lift - we didn't trust it! no fire exit. no english tv, not even sky news or cnn, not lcd tv as advertised.

Pros: A gem of a place!very near to termini station so central to everything. very clean room with a lovely hot shower.basic but nice breakfast served in your room. hosts were lovely and waited for us to arrive after an unexpected landing at the wrong airport.handy restaurant nearby where the food was excellent.
Cons: Would have liked to have had a facilicity where we could have got a hot drink in our room but the free wine was a welcome second.

Pros: Good sized room and very clean. our host was friendly and helpful.
Cons: If i hadn't read a previous guests comments about how to find it i would have struggled. the building works going on opposite from our bedroom was a very early wake up call - however this will be a temporaary blip on what is otherwise a delightful place.

Pros: Excellently placed to see all the attractions of rome. claudia & cornelio could not have been better hosts. rooms were of a very high standard and were cleaned daily. lovely bathrooms with all the finishing touches. if you go on the website of accomodation delia b&b and follow their directions to the hotel you should not have any trouble finding it. i would thoroughly recommend it!

Pros: It was the positive reviews and the photographs that made me choose delia b&b and it completely came up to expectations - great location wonderful room, ensuite bathroom and all the touches that you would find at an above average hotel. breakfast was good with a choice and was bought to your room 2 minuites after ordering. cleanliness was excellent!
