Pros: This is a great option close to termini. lovely rooms and the breakfast is one of the best i have seen. very friendly staff and good service.
Cons: Nothing negative, if you are wanting a modern, stylish hotel close to termini then this is a perfect option. the only thing is if you want something more traditional "roman" this is not for you.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast choices were a pleasant surprise. bed was very comfortable.
Cons: No fans in room, so if temps are higher than normal had to open window and then much noise from housekeeping staff coming and going on fire escape outside windows.

Pros: Great, helpful staff. they reply all emails promptly which is very important for us to make further plans. location was superb, we walked to colosseum. food was easy to find.
Cons: The hotel is located at secondary area where pick pockets and drug users were easily spotted. not a safe area to walk at night or to speak to strangers.

Pros: There was some confusion regarding checkout time. our booking said 12 noon but they rang just after 11 to say we needed to check out asap as it was there policy to check out at 11am. we showed them our confirmation and they didn't hesitate in extending our check out time. 12 noon (even 11am) is a good check out time.

Pros: Excellent location only one block from termini station. good access for sightseeing. rooms were a good size for rome and very clean. the room was cleaned daily and towels changed. the breakfast is very european however enjoyable. it is served to 10.30 which is great if you do not want to rush in the morning.
the desk staff were friendly and helpful.
all in all a great hotel.
Cons: Bar prices are very expensive!
