Villa Torlonia Rome

There are many lovely parks to visit in Rome; however one of the best ones you will find there is Villa Torlonia. This amazing park was built in early 19th Century and then expanded on later over many years. The beautiful landscape designs were courtesy of Augusto Jappelli a garden architect. This relaxing and beautiful park is a place of not just beauty but also of historical significance. The Villa Torlonia was the residence of Benito Mussolini from the years of 1925 through 1943. During this time he was head of the government.
