Good wi-fi is important to me and this hotel features several repeaters to ensure good reception on all floors. I found the staff to be generally customer focused and the hotel was clean and comfortable and well managed (mostly, see negative comment). Breakfast was good but service varied from day to day.

Hotel Sunrise is a completely renovated property, situated in the splendid residential area of Montesacro, not far from Rome's city centre. Within the hotel's vicinity there are many shops and a characteristic open-air market. The hotel has been completely refurnished and equipped with all modern...

room was good size - not huge - but with good sized bathroom and big luxury shower - though that is a little tricky to get temp right - don't turn it to far to the left or pull on too much water and you should be ok - nice fittings/fixtures and decent TV with Sky in our room (obviously limited English channels but your not there to watch TV right?) small safe in room - great comfy big bed (two pushed together)- warm room, hanging space ok but no drawers to put clothes in - have to put them 'on display' in room. Family that own it very nice and helpful - note: they are only there til late afternoon - not 24 hour reception. Situated close to Termini rail station and where the airport express arrives into. Nice contemporary Japanese Italian restaurant around the corner (Tomoko's) and about 6 euros in taxi to main sites like Trevi. Breakfast provided was simple but nice and plenty.

58 Le Real De Luxe Rome has jet-set aspirations, but the main attraction is its great location, minutes from the world famous Coliseum. The accommodation is ideal for tourists, providing a central base with luxury and comfort. It's located just a few steps from the Coliseum, the Roman Imperial...

The Staff are excellent and the rooms are good. However, they are small...but nice clean and have enough facilities. The buffet breakfast had a very good selection...coffee was a bit too strong, waiter service was excellent, The staff at the reception are very promt and helpful... the location of the hotel is good handy for local transport, shops and cafes. However, at night you will see unfourtunate people sleeping in the streets- sign of the times.

Hotel Mecenate Palace Rome is located in the historical centre, a short distance from the Roman Forum, the Colosseum and the Opera House, with convenient public transport connections to shopping and business areas such as piazza Barberini, via Bissolati, via Condotti, and the Spanish...

Very welcoming, friendly staff.
The room was close to the reception area so there was some noise from the phone and other guests coming and going - this is only minor though.

Location was good about a 15 min to the colosseum and palatine hill, staff were super helpful, the room was clean comfortable and quiet, breakfast was fresh and delicious! the hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a convenient street, below was a pharmacy, grocery store, a few pizzeria, a cafe, atm machine, etc. the hotel was also about a 5 min walk from the metro so it worked out really well for us.
Some of the other guests mentioned that they had a hard time finding the hotel but i didn't. right when i booked the hotel, i received an email from the hotel owner informing that it was located on the 3rd floor, etc. the only thing that i thought really needed improvement was the water issue. when i showered it was really hot or really cold and i was afraid of burning myself. the people who stayed with me in the same room didn't have that problem though; i thought it was weird. i asked the hotel manager about it and she stated that it was possible that i was always showering when other guests were showering and there's only one water heater or something to that extent.

Management is not ok in general it is hard to find the place because there is no name on the street that this place exist the name is written only on the apartment rings bells.
People working at the reception must be educated in human relations. they have the attitude that you are staying in a cheap place, so anything provided is their favor to you. i reccommend this place only to young students which dont bather the way they are treated

Staff were quite friendly
Im not sure we got the room we payed for. i booked a delux room which on the website picture has a painted ceiling and is quite large but our room was small. when i queried this at reception i was told that the delux rooms only have painted ceilings, however on the website the picture for a double room also has a painted ceiling and looks more similar to the room we were given. also the card machine was broken and we were not told this the night before. we had an early flight home and had to run around looking for a bank machine to get cash.....the machines closest to the hotel were also broken.
