It is a very basic hotel but the location is good and i had no concerns travelling on my own and walking around at night

Room was very clean and modern with a/c. the staff member we dealt with (ali) was very helpful, he showed us some good site to visit in rome and recommended places to eat.
The only small problem was that the breakfast wasn't really that great.

One of the staff members was kind and helpful
Breakfast was aweful and all pre-packaged. one of the packaged items had been open and half eaten when we received it. wouldn't let us cancel a person who was staying in the room, despite contacting before 48hrs. shower was broken. overall a very bad experience

Near to underground station so easy to travel around. staff friendly.
No tea and coffee making facilities in room. this was biggest dissapointment for us as we like to have cup of tea before bed at night and there is nobody around if you arrive back late. apart from that we were put in room adoining reception and were woken by the the noise at 8am every morning

Friendly staff, room was clean and breakfast was ok, good location easy to find. overall saty was good and would probably stay there again due to the price
Room not as advertised but was still ok. bathroom was very small, but again did not both us too much, however for a family this would probably be no good.

Good location and value for money. clean and nice bathroom. the staff who spoke english were friendly and helpful.
Our standard double (room 4) was just off reception and walls/doors were very thin. were often woken as early as 7am by the doorbell and conversation of the staff and other guests. you request what time to have breakfast delivered to your room on a tray - consisted of a sweet machine 'cappuccino' which barely tasted of coffee and packeted croissants/biscuits. on arrival the only member of staff in the hotel did not speak english so after being shown to our room we were told to come back later to register which was slightly inconvenient.
