Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. most tourist sites were within easy walking distance, and there was a bus stop around the corner.

Cons: Sometimes noisy at night (ambulances, hot rods, etc.) bathroom and breakfast area were very small. no staff after 10:00 p.m. that we could see.

Pros: Vera and salvo, could not have been more helpful or nice. the recommended restaurants, brought more breakfast then we could possibly eat, and were terrific. hotel had air conditioning that was great as we traveled in june. the location was wonderful, a short walk to the piazza navona. we have found our hotel in roma

Pros: Excellent staff, salvo and vera were unbelievable helpfull, ask anything and they help you: restaurants, busses, museums. our room was nice, so all the hotel. and in finnish, hieno paikka, rauhallinen, iltaisin ei palveluja mutta ei haittaa, koska kaikki löytyy läheltä. uskomaton henkilökunta, salvo ja vera olivat todella avuliaita.

Pros: This hotel is in a brilliant location, the staff are wonderful and extremely friendly, it is extremely clean, breakfast is lovely and there is loads of it and the staff are happy to put the coffee/tea machine on at anytime of day if you fancy a drink later on in the day - brilliant hotel would defintely recommend it.

Pros: The staff at ave roma were excellent! they were helpful with every part of our stay - offering us breakfast after the "hours", helping us with internet use, recommendations for restaurants, etc. the hotel is also in an excellent location. upon leaving i left my cell phone in a taxi and salvo helped me get it back within 15 minutes. amazing!!
Cons: There were no negatives!
