B&B Evergreen Rome    

Pros: The location is very good and it is very clean.the breakfast is delicious.(croissant and coffe or cappucin or orange juice)
Cons: The room was very tiny. 9m2 for 5 people....don't go there with friend or in 2rooms. and it is very importtant that you can't check in the hotel....there is another(vienesse) to do it.

Pros: Friendly coopertaive staff
Cons: Small room, poor access, not a good area for families

Cons: The room is too small. i felt like a closet.

Pros: Very well located and reasonably priced. bruno of the reception was also extremely helpful.
Cons: It was a bit confusing to have the reception in a different building than the actual hotel. the same goes for the breakfast place, but this is rather minor of course.

Pros: Great location; very closed to city center and the room is well equipped and clean with suitable price.

Cons: Had to go to another address to pick up the keys and register. most of the time no staff present.

Cons: It is not mentioned on the web site that the reception is in another building. we found ourselves in front of a looked door with no sign for the hotel. we waited for an hour for somebody to show up, take us upstairs and unlock our room. the worst was that we had to pay cash in advance since the menager couldn't process my credit card. she insisted that we should leave our pasports if we don't pay which we refused to do in the thiefs infested termini area. we were also not given the name of the owner to whom we wanted to address our complains. it was the worst experience in italy after two great hotel choices in florence and venice. i wouldn't recomend this hotel to anybody although the room was large, clean and convinient because it is not worth it the waste of time and nerves. you should put a clear info on the web site and a clear sign at the entrance. it is an appartment building and the only place where the name evergreen can be seen is a tiny label on one of the doorbells. my first thought was that it is a scam. too bad, because the room was perfect, there was an elevator,internet connection and breakfast included ant it is only a short walk to termini.

Pros: We arrived to bb evergreen, but were redirected twice to other hotels. however, the price was the same and the rooms were comfortable. excellent location

Cons: We received reservation confirmation for the b&b but when we got to rome, they put us in a different hotel. also upset because the site stated they took credit card (our trip was budgeted accordingly)but when it came time to pay they stated their machine was broke and wanted cash. they made no effort to work with the customer considering this was not the hotel we booked.

Pros: The hotel was getting cleaned everyday. we had clean sheets and the location was excellent.
Cons: - the water temperature could not be controlled easily. the water would become scalding hot or icy cold
- the receptionist was not there. it was difficult to ask for stuff
- we experienced the maid stole the wallet we forgot in the room and the hotel staff kept quiet about it
- if somebody is not careful, saw people trying to enter through the main door

Pros: Lina of hotel vienese was very helpful
Cons: Was spposed to stay at hotel evergreen but was directed instead to hotel vienese which was concerning especially since the sign was hand written

Pros: The bnb is at the best location in rome,

Pros: Small room but very clean and had everything. only a few minutes walk from the main train station which is very handy to get around to the sites.

Pros: Rooms were clean and air conditioned.

Pros: Owner very helpful. room very clean and newly refurbished. breakfast included.
Cons: Problems with shower & hot water.
