B&B Hotel Rome

Friendly, helpful receptionist. experience matched our expectations. we had read the reviews so the small size of the room and lack of common space was expected.

The rooms were clean, compact and perfect for an overnight stay. the hotel was located in the center of the city which was perfect for sight seeing. we were able to check in at 11am which meant we did not have to carry around our bags all day. would recommend the hotel for short stays.

Wonderful service when around (the reception is only open 7-19 in the summer); free breakfast every morning was a bonus. air conditioning worked really well.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the price was good. there was no traffic noise in our room, which faced a back alley instead of the street. i had heard complaints about the breakfast, but i thought it was fine. there was nothing that wasn't sweet, but there was a lot of food and most of it seemed to come from local bakers. it was also nice that shampoo and shower caps were provided. many 2-star hotels don't offer these amenities.

The friendlist of staff and the location was fantastic - very central, enabling us to walk around the city with ease. good local restuarants nearby, allowing us to escape tourist hotspots renowned for over-pricing.

It wasn't b&b. i was moved to ivanhoe when i got there

The staff at this hotel were friendly and we were really grateful for all their help. there was an error with the booking meaning we arrived a day early and there were no spare rooms. the staff found us another (more expensive) hotel to stay in for the first night for no extra charge. they took us there so we didn't have to find our way and collected our luggage for us the next day so that we didn't have to arrange our sight seeing around check in/out times. if it hadn't been for their assistance we'd have had to pay out for another hotel and wasted a day trying to find somewhere to stay. the rooms are small but clean and have all the facilities you need. the location is ideal and we were able to walk to all the main attractions (apart from vatican city)

Cheerful and helpful staff; clean and tidy room (but very small!)

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the price couldn't be beat!

It was my girlfriends birthday so they put us in the largest room, i requested wine and flowers on her birthday which they delivered in style. the room was so clean, and cleaned daily. great locatin just off via cavour, main street, 10 minds walk from tube. please go to satanca seafood restaurant, which is a 10 mins walk away.

The hotel was excellent, very good location and in a nice area. like all hotels in rome the room was small but you are not in there very much at all. the room was very clean and well presented. breakfast was coffee and pastries but very nice. nothing negative really to say about the hotel at all. i would recommend this hotel.

The staff on reception were extremely friendly, spoke excellent english and only to happy to help! room was very clean and comfortable.
