 "near Termini"
It was a normal for East-Europian Guests with not so many Euros, and near to Roma Termini. The breakfast was a little... The room was in the 5th floor, and I was suffering from altitude. Service is good.

 "Wouldn't Recommend"
Location was good, but everything else wasn't good at all. Had to move room after 1st night as was not what I booked and if you required help, you had to phone them with your own phone (at a cost) and were unable to find staff as was in a converted appartment. Would not recommend unless looking for cheap & cheerful. Also, breakfast was advertised as 7.00-9.00 on website but was 8.00-9.30 when I got there which was annoying as I had made plans around this time and had to get breakfast elsewhere (at an extra cost)

 "good price, not clean."

"not so nice like in photos...."
Very bad breakfast -just one coffee or tee + croissant!! and that all and each morning the same. Even juice instead of coffee is for additional money. And breakfast is not even served in hotel but in cafe 5-10 min walking from hotel. Bathroom in the room is like build-in in the wardrobe. I mean really wardrobe!!! Open the door of wardrobe and go inside and have your shower :D :D Now it's funny but when we stayed there it was really shocking. Towels are not changed even if you put them on floor. It's more like pension or hostel not a hotel. The only good things are location (nearby Termini station) and cleanliness was on good level.

 "rome by the station"
B&B Sergio is located in a prime central position if you arrive in Rome by plane or train. Its advertised as a familly business and it posts a referring picture of the private gardens. Well the familly business are two brothers that own a few appartments and the private gardens are the common area to all other appartments in the block. That said, the brothers proved to be efficient and welcoming, giving us help at any opportunity we gave them. I would recomend this place if you are an independent traveller that makes do with whatever you get and accommodate to it.

 "Good hotel in all meanings"
First of all location - it's two steps from Termini but in a peaceful and nice yard with garden. When you look out of you window you wouldn't feel you're in the heart of Rome.Rooms are more than descent, clean, with all the facilities needed. Even had wi-fi disregard of what hotel description says. The only negative thing happening was absence of hot water in the morning when we left. Breakfast was not in the hotel, but 5 mins walk from it in a cafe. You get coupons which you use there. For one coupon you get coffee/tea and one pastry. As I've never seem bigger breakfast in Italy (staying mostly in 3 stars hotels) - I was satisfied. If you need more food then in the same cafe you can always buy more food.Resume: price/quality ratio was perfect, would hardly hope for better.

 "Rome Accommodation near Train Station"
This was an attractive building to enter and room was nice too. The manager was really efficient and accommodating; i.e. we could leave our packs all day on the day we checked out and come back and use a bathroom and change late in the day to catch the airport train.. A real bonus. Breakfast was a stand up/help yourself affair but quite ok.

 "Not bad value"
Great central location for train travellers, but the instructions for two very tired travellers (36 hour flight) were confusing. We arrived to a darkened foyer with no instructions or concierge present. Were fortunate to bump into a resident who contacted the concierge for us, otherwise we were about to find another hotel.
