"Enjoyable visit to Rome"

My 23 year old daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights. We were more than happy with the accommodation. The location was perfect, close to everything and very peaceful. The room was very clean, the bed a little on the hard side but big. Could do with a proper curtain on the window for privacy and breakfast could be improved upon but apart from that, all good!

"Perfect location in the centre of Rome"

Perfect location 5 min walk from Termini station. The room was small but tidy. The host was helpful. The only thing which should be improved is breakfast as you have the same things each day (cereals, crossaints, orange juice and coffee).

"perfect for short stay"

good location, right next to the central station, only 15min walk to the 'old' city center.it just a guesthouse in a big apartmentbuilding with just a few rooms. and a very small kitchen with fresh coffee and prepacked bread (not great, but eatable). the first night we had to sleep in a different guesthouse across the street because of problems with the heating, and had to move back the first morning, but for the rest of our stay there the heating made really weird noises at night.But the rooms are very clean and modern, perfect for a short stay and the owner (Sergio) is really nice and helpful.

"We were very impressed"

Pros: We were very impressed. it was close to everything we needed and sergio was extremely helpful showing us a map of the city and how to get around. we definitely got a great deal for the money as well. very nice sized room with a nice view, private bathroom right next to our room and the kitchen just a few feet away. would highly recommend!

"It was convenient"

Pros: It was convenient.
Cons: It was freezing. the telivision did not work. no-one around to ask for help. the lift doors were not closed so the lift did not work and i had to carry my suitcase down 4 floors. the breakfast was grim.

"Hotel was very safe in an excellent location"

Pros: Hotel was very safe in an excellent location. full kitchen and bathroom across the hall from the rooms. beautiful courtyard as you enter the building. location is a short walk from the train station.
Cons: The b&b sergio is really a hostel. the owner only accepted cash and he overcharged us when we went to pay. basic amentities.

"The whole complex is security gated and it took 4 keys to access our room"

Pros: The whole complex is security gated and it took 4 keys to access our room.not a problem though. close to the train station and plenty of food outlets reasonably priced. breakfast upstairs in a tiny kitchen was adequate.the entrance garden was lovely.

Pros: We where transferred to the hostel panaromic due to hot water issues at the b&b sergio! the panoramic was centrally located and easy to locate. good value for money given the hostels location. breakfast is serves in the adjacent cafe that definitely adds to the atmospherics. if you are on a budget, this place ticka all the boxes.
Cons: Road noise is intrusive if you are located street side.
