The "HAPPY GUEST Sostene" is near St. Pauls Basilica and it is situated very near a subway stops. If you arrive by plane at Rome's Fiumicino or L.da Vinci airport, in any local train station, or even in the port, we can help to arrange for a 3-4 passenger pick-up service. We will be happy to help you organize a tour around our beautiful city!! Just let us know. Our flat has 3-star rooms, which are extremely comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom with continuous hot water, bidet, shower and hairdryer; heating and air conditioning system, television, orthopedic mattress, noise-reducing windows, safe, and clock-radio. The rooms are for non-smokers, and each room is elegantly furnished. The breakfast is not included but it is possible use the kitchen which has a dishwasher and washing machine.

Free Cancellation: You can change or cancel this deal free of charge: up to 720 hours before your Check-in date. Please take into account that the Check-in date starts at 0.00 (local time).

Call us 60 minutes before arrival. No credit card accepted Payment upon arrival cash only. Cleaning departure 5 euro per person/night. To fix a reservation a 30% deposit is strictly required and is refundable in case of cancellation up to 30 days prior to check in. A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival.
