The location couldn't be better (less than a block from Trevi Fountain) and there is a fantastic restaurant next door. The staff were VERY helpful and VERY nice. They really went out of their way to help us with taxis, tickets and general information. Wireless internet comes with the room and it is easy to use and is even available on the patio which was refreshing, after the difficult issues we had with internet access at many other hotels in italy. Breakfast is offered but not really prepared on site, except the coffee.I would definately stay there again.Minor comments are that the rooms are small and the shower is hard to figure out. Rather than real glasses to drink out of they give you flimsy plastic cups.

As always i Rome the hotelrooms are small. But this place has a very good atmosphere . The staff is very friendly and you can even choose your own breakfast. the location is superb, if you want to be in the center of the old town.

Having never been to Rome before, we did not realize that we needed anything other than the name of the hotel to give to the taxi driver. He could not find it, and we had to find it on foot with a large amount of luggage. However, it could not have been more central, so great for sightseeing, but very noisy at night. The staff were lovely, and very helpful, especially Jeric and Chiara.So, for anyone booking this B.and B. you must take the full address and phone number.Christine, Paula and Karen.

We had a late start to our trip and didnt arrive until 1am. All I had to do was text them and they offered to stay late and wait up for us. In the morning they brought in breakfast and it was delicious. Also it is literally steps to the Trevi Fountain :D I will be staying there again!!!!!!!

Pros: This very small hotel with only 3 rooms are placed extremely well, just 30 mtrs from the trevi fontaine. we had a room for 4 people and we thouht that we had enough space. the staff was very helpful they helped with airport transfer, and noticed, that some of us didn't like the served breakfast and served what they preferred instead. they noticed that we liked a glas of wine in the garden and laced 4 real glasses in our room. we belive that we couldn't have found a better place to stay.
