Pros: The location of the hotel would be great if... the undeground stations next to it would be open (manzoni)
Cons: The hotel doesn't reflect 4 stars. it's rather poor 3 stars with very dated interiors. the rooms fasing the street are very noisy. the batroom needed a lot of work - complete refurbishment is needed. breakfast was dull with very little choice.

Pros: Service and helpfulness of the hotel staff was quite excellent.
Cons: location of the hotel, whilst technically i suppose you could say it was close to termini i wouldn't say so. quite a way away from the main restaurants and bar areas, not much of a selection around the hotel itself.
