Pros: We liked this hotel very much. others have commented negatively but we liked the location and found the city easy to access with buses and trams. the staff were exceptionally helpful, the room although smallish was very clean and quiet, the breakfast was more than basic and there are several good eating places within five minutes walk.

Pros: Although check-in time was 13:00, we arrived at the hotel at 8:30am and yet, within 40 mins, they help us check-in into a room early.
while leaving the hotel, my mother had forgotten her nose ring in the room. we called up the hotel to confirm if they found it. they replied positively and made all the efforts to send it back to my house in france at no additional cost.
the team was very cordial and professional. fantastic hotel and amazing staff !!!!

Pros: Good location, short walk to euclide station. a 3 minute metro ride then took us to flamnio which then enabled us to walk to all of the main attractions or made it very easy to use another metro to do this.
hotel was very clean. the maid cleaned the room everyday. bathroom very spacious and clean. all staff were very friendly.
Cons: The walk back to the hotel was on a slight incline so some travellers may find this difficult.
there were no directions to the hotel once you reached euclide station, it just said 800m away from the station. we had to get a taxi which cost 8 euros. however, it was a straight forward walk once we knew where the hotel was.

Cons: Direction to use bus from the train station was very vague, just a number of stops, not the stop name, we got lost, as bus driver skipped some of the stops.

Cons: Room was noisier than expected, it was described as sound proof but there was a lot of plumbing noise and noise from the corridor. view from balcony was disappointing

Pros: Usually very helpful staff. impressive and tasty breakfast. quiet rooms, cleanly and pleasant rooms. marble grand hallway and reception. a fantastic holiday!

Cons: Male receptionist did not provide full information about transport facilities which existed around the hotel (in particular that you have to buy a ticket in a tobacco shop before entering a bus).

Pros: Good comfortable bedroom in a quiet location. very clean.
Cons: Decoration was a bit tired. no coffee/tea facilities in room these had to be asked for. when we arrived we asked for a kettle but the hotel had ran out. the staff gave us a jug of hot water and cups and coffee but this is not what we expected of a best western hotel. we have previously been impressed with these hotels.

Pros: The hotel staff were all extreemly helpful and spoke english well.the room was clean and adequate and breakfast offered variety of options.slightly out of city centre but close to restaurants etc, and public transport links were great.
Cons: The location of the hotel was up a small side street and the directions were not helpful.took us a couple of hours to find it, and would have been longer if a bar owner had not kindly photocopied a street map from a local phone directory.
