Good comfortable bedroom in a quiet location. very clean.
Decoration was a bit tired. no coffee/tea facilities in room these had to be asked for. when we arrived we asked for a kettle but the hotel had ran out. the staff gave us a jug of hot water and cups and coffee but this is not what we expected of a best western hotel. we have previously been impressed with these hotels.Woods

The hotel staff were all extreemly helpful and spoke english well.the room was clean and adequate and breakfast offered variety of options.slightly out of city centre but close to restaurants etc, and public transport links were great.The location of the hotel was up a small side street and the directions were not helpful.took us a couple of hours to find it, and would have been longer if a bar owner had not kindly photocopied a street map from a local phone directory.
