Pros: It is a great location! it's very clean and the staff are extremely helpful.
Cons: We paid for the movie/internet package but the movies had really bad reception so it really wasn't worth it.

Cons: The only negative would be that some staff on reception were not very customer focused. the day we were departing, the lady behind the desk, as busy as she was, did not even acknowledge the fact we were leaving and did not even say goodbye or thankyou which we felt was unacceptable in any hotel.
