Services Included/Not Included: The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Tourist-information and maps are available. Pick up at the airport (ask for price) or Taxi reservation. Luggage deposit at arrival and departure. BOOKING and CANCELLATION POLICY: 20% of the total cost of your accommodation must be paid in advance. We accept PAYPAL or banktransfers as payment. The remaining 80% must be paid in cash to the hostess upon arrival. Up to 10 days prior to the date of your expected arrival we will refund the down payment minus our bank expenses. The B&B cannot be responsible for changes and cancellations beyond its control, such as flood, fire, earthquake, wars etc. Trip cancellation insurance is advised to cover such problems.
