Staff were extremely friendly and flexible even though they spoke minimal english, very clean, had pc with internet that you could use, excellent location right by the colloseum with lots of shops, restaurants and bars around which weren't as tourist-y as other spots next to attractions.
Nothing, breakfast could have been better - but that was not a problem at all.
