This family-run hotel located on the 5th floor of a building with elevator, offers 10 guest rooms. It has been completely redecorated in the year 2000 with nice, simple, modern and functional furnishings.

Pros: The staff was really nice and helped me a lot. it is very close to the termini station (which was a plus for me because i was carrying a big beg and staying for a short period of time), but it's not very far on foot from the major attractions (a 15-20 min walk).

Pros: Very helpful and accommodating staff,very easy to find, excellent value for money, much more charm than a regular budget hotel. overall good place to stay if in rome for a few days.
Cons: Sometime have to wait a while to us one of the bathrooms in the morning.
