Pros: Don't have anything positive. the staff was kind of helpful i guess and the location is fine.
Cons: Even tough we booked a double room, our room was two single beds put together. the heating system didn't work. there was no hot water and the water pressure was very low. we complained about these problems and they moved us to a bigger and better room with a king bed the next night, but of course our first night was very unpleasant. the location was fine, but i will never stay at this hotel again. they definitely dont deserve my money for these conditions....

Pros: Myself and two friends were made very welcome and the staff were friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. the location of the palace was paramount to our short break, ideally situated for train/bus but also the historical locations are all within walking distance. i've stayed with you before with my husband and would recommend the palace to anyone that wishes to visit rome.
Cons: Nothing negative, but a suggestion, we missed the coffee/tea maker in the room and with the palace being a 4* rating, would have thought it came with the room.

Pros: The location of the hotel is wonderful, even though it is a bit hard to find.
Cons: Hotel did not have internet cards and hotel staff did not try and help. they only offered one selection of tours and the tour was terrible.

Cons: We are quite disappointed about the eurostars hotel, the room looked very old, the wall paper was all stained. we did not have an iron in our room which made it very difficult, and it was so hot in the room that we had to have the window open at night and the street noise would wake us up several times a day.

Pros: The room was well appointed, stylish and comfortable. its location, close to termini station, is a bonus. it is also located in the heart of the old city, if this is what you wish.
Cons: The only complaint i have is the lack of follow through when i requested a wake up call and a reservation for airport transportation. the latter was rectified, but i was dismayed at the lack of follow through by the staff.

Pros: Nicely furnished, good location and easy to spot from road -many other hotels are located on higher floors of buildings so are less obvious to spot when you're dragging your suitcase along the road, then you have to take the lift to find the reception you need
Cons: Room was tiny with a bad view of the back of the hotel with bins etc, the staff werent very friendly or helpful, and particular catering staff were outright rude. i was there for a wedding and one woman actually shoved the bride aside, saying 'get out of my way' and then in another fit of moodiness she dropped a tray of glasses so we had to use plastic cups for the rest of the trip.

Pros: The staff at the front desk was very kind & helpful.
Cons: Tv service was terrible. stations kept cutting in and out and when we notified the front desk they said they would send someone up to check and never did.

Pros: The hotel is at an excellent location right in the heart of the city. regardless of where you stay in rome you will have to walk somewhere as all the attractions are dotted around the city.the staff were all very helpful and welcoming. our room was very clean and decorated to a high standard. i would definitely recommend staying at this hotel however would advise to book a superior room as they are not as big as they look.

Pros: The reception staff were very helpful and the breakfast was really good. the location was also really good - good walking distance to all the main tourist sites.
Cons: I found that the price went up on the weekend that we were there _ i think this is because of certain events. becasue of this i didn't t hink that the room was value for money. it was really small with not much space and extremely cold. we asked someone to come and check it - which they did but it didn't make any difference.

Pros: The central location of the hotel - not too far from attractions, metro and station was definately a positive experience. the free internet access is another big plus. the breakfast was also very good.
Cons: Getting to the hotel from the airport was difficult as we arrived very late. the hotel web address was not provided and i could not organise for a hotel shuttle bus pick up.

Cons: The room smill is very bad, specialy in the rest room.
i asked the staff to clean and it seems they know the problem.
i had to open the window to overcome this problem and it was very cold temprature range from 10 to -1.
beside to wifi signal at my room at all and i could not follow my personal business or contact my family in egypt by skype.
