 "Terrific Experience"
The rooms were great, very clean and had all the required amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is away from the city centre, however bus 81 runs from directly outside the hotel to all the major tourist attractions and ends at Vatican City.

Pros: Hotel eurostar roma aeterna is an excellent choice of hotel if you are looking in staying in rome. cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is spot on, rooms were cleaned on the daily basis. hotel staff were really friendly. hotel's services and facilities were excellent especially breakfast pleanty of choice. would deffiently visit the hotel again.

 "The hotel is excellent"
Pros: The hotel is excellent. the staff were so helpful and available to help whenever you needed. the room was lovely and even had a jacuzzi bath tub. the location was a little away from central rome, however the transport is so easy to use. there is a bust outside the hotel, catch this to either ternini station or san giovanni to get the metro. it's a 5 minute ride and so easy to use,don't be put off using the public transport.
Cons: Nothing!

nice room with very good daily cleaning services
the hotel is located away from the centre but the bus 105, 81 etc allow for easy commute
the breakfast inclusive deal is excellent value for money
nice and quiet rooms, also exploring the surroundings in the evenings does give a down to earth feel of the day to day life of local romans , there were lots of nice restaurants nearbybfor good drinks and italian dishes obviously priced for locals and were often very good e.g l'aquila

Pros: Beautiful modern and spacious rooms, nice bathroom with spa bath, clean, comfortable big king size bed. really good restaurant just around the corner from the hotel (tucked away on a street that looks a bit roudy/rough at night).
Cons: No iron/ ironing board, no tea/ coffee making facility, no shampoo/ conditioner, staff variable in terms of ability to respond to queries/ requests, lack of information in the room (eg phone numbers for reception etc, services/ facilities available). the area around the hotel seems a little rough, particularly at night.

Pros: The bathroom was great. clean and beautiful. the bed was big and the colours and the interior of the room was nice. the breakfast was really good to.
Cons: The location is not in a beatiful area and lack of charm of both the hotel and area. no paintings or anything on the walls in the restaurant. the view of the room was not so nice and the room was much smaller than the pictures. there were no nice restaurants or bars or shops in the neighbourhood either.
