The room we stayed in was very good, it was clean, well appointed, had a good bathroom and bed. the room was small but you don't go to rome to spend time in a hotel room. breakfast was good and had a range of things to choose from. we would stay there again 
Needs better signposting, we found it hard to find.Faulkner

The safe were very friendly and the room was very clean. the breakfast provided each morning included a variety of croissants, cereal, buns, crackers/cookies, coffee, juice, water and milk. the hotel is within walking distance to all the major attractions. i walked from the colleseum to the pantheon to the spanish steps and back to trevi fountain (and all the little streets around the areas) in the same day. there's a fantastic restaurant just right downstairs called il barraco.- the small elevator was a big shock and kinda scary at first.
- i didn't like having to leave my key at the front desk everytime we went out and had to ask for it back everytime we returned.
- our safe needed a change of batteries at first and after asking for help, we learned that there's a master code to open the safe. inputting the master code didn't reset the previous code either (so we really wouldn't know if our things were looked through/taken out while we were out.. we didn't use the safe).Anonymous

We loved this place. carlo and ivan at the front desk were welcoming and extremely helpful. the rooms were decorated nice, extremely clean, with a nice spacious, modern bathroom. breakfast was great...fresh pastries, cheese, yoghurt, cereal, juice, coffee, espresso....we would definitely stay here again.schreiber

Loved this place, excellent location. should be a lot higher than a 1 star, free wifi, awesome shower, room welcoming, nicely decorated and immaculate, the cleaning lady was diligent and really lovely. they let us leave our cases in the hotel because our flight wasn't til later that night. really enjoyed our stay here, great location, great price, can't recommend any higher. plenty of amenities around, despar down the road, great little restaurant down the street and first right. tons of restaurants/pharmacies/clothes shops around the place, colosseum area is about a 15 minute walk down the road, take a nice relaxing walk rather than the train, it's actually easier and you'll get a better idea of your surroundings. Walls are paper thin, can be annoying when there are people talking loudly in the lobby at 1am (and there were, not staff, just idiots).breakfast is simply sufficient, no more, no less.joza

We truly appreciated the warm greeting by the desk clerk. the location was perfect for us...near metro. breakfast adequate and staff did all they could to help us find the metro and get to the airport at 3:00am in the morning. more than accomodating. room clean and it was pretty quiet during the night. There were no little helpful things like a glass/paper cup to drink from or tissues, but otherwise was decent to stay in.NELSON

This small, friendly hotel is perfect for the visiting tourist. should have higher star rating, very enjoyable stay. room was small but spotless and breakfast was of the standard expected with choice of cereal, croissants, yoghurt, tea, coffee, etc. staff were helpful with directions, when required, and there was a free map of tourist attractions. the lift was small but this is normal in most hotels in paris, and other european countries. would definitely stay again.Anonymous

Excellent position. very clean room and excellent shower. double glazing to prevent noise from road and air conditioningFirst impressions are oor as the door is a general door which leads to offices etc.the lift is old and needs a key but didn't always seem to work. therefore alot of steps to climb (3rd floor)before reaching hotel.Smith

This was a very nice hotel. it is within walking distance to may of the major sites. the room was comfortable and clean. breakfast was included. nice variety of baked goods, yogurt and cereal. no fresh fruit. staff was very nice and informative. taxi service can be arrainged by hotel staff, however, there are less expensive alternatives close by.tsai

Very friendly staff, i liked that the hotel had security features, it was clean and comfortable.It shared an inside area with many other businesses so if you congregated in the hallways as you were waiting for everyone in your party to arrive there was some older lady who yelled at you to go outside (even in the rain) and be quiet. I really liked the location. near la repulica piazza (if i'm spelling that right) and near the termini train station. the hotel was clean. nice stay overallRooms were a little small. but they were clean.
