Nadia was very helpful when she was available. location was excellent for vatican city. room was very nice and clean.
The only negative thing to say was the staff who work on site don't speak english and the only way to speak to nadia who does speak nglish was via the phone.Anonymous

We loved it! it was in a great location and the staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive. before we walked out the door they checked to make sure we were carrying our money in a safe location so we wouldn't get pick-pocketed and asked what we had planned. they helped us travel to the locations we wanted to visit in a much cheaper and quicker way and took real interest to ensure we were satisfied with our visit. they even gave us a list of their favorite local restaurants when we asked for a great place to eat. i would most definately go back and have already recommended the fleur de lis to my friends. Nadia & staff were very informative about local travel & very welcoming.Breakfast choice poor. we weren't informed the hotel only takes cash payment for rooms & we had great difficulty getting cash on a monday morning - it cost us an extra 58 euros. room & bathroom were very nice but unfortunately had to exit the bedroom to get to the bathroom - if i'd known i'd have packed a dressing gown!Anonymous

Very good guest receiving. antonio was very polite and helpful. it's a department in departments building very close to the metro station by walking. excellent location. large bathroom and large room. The toilet paper was not changed so we asked for more toilet paper and antonio gave us gladly. the bed wasn't so comfortable and was making noises. the kitchen outside the room is closed at night but antonio left it open one night for us so we can take some ice and hot water.Pearson

The b&b is beautiful and in an amzing location not even 5 mins walk from the vantican. our room was really nice looking out on to the street but was quite and cool at night. the hotel staff and nadia where all lovely. when we arrived we sat with a map and she showed us all the best ways to get around and places to eat etc. we had a lovely breakfast every day in our room. i would suggest anyone stayed at this b&b as its location is really really good and the quality of the rooms and showers are grate. we walked every were from the hotel as rome is not to big but the tram stops and buses all go from the bottom of the road and the metro is one street behindWas a little hard to find stight away as no sign. look for the big church opersitMalone

Beautiful large room with jacuzzi bath! staff were excellent, very good information about visiting sites. situated 5 minute walk from vatican and st. peters, near metro. breakfast served in room at time of our choice!Hot water ran out very quickly, and would have liked to have shower fixed to wall, had to hold shower head. entrance from the street does not give a good impression. The room was very spacious and the jacuzzi tub was very nice to have at the end of a long day of sightseeing.We had to wait for about 15 minutes upon arrival for staff to let us in to the hotel.CRINO

Hotel is in great location, 2 min from metro station, and 7 min from vatican city. the owner is very friendly, and helpful. we had breakfast served in the room, and room has been cleaned every day. very good value for money.Anonymous

Everything about the fleur de lis was perfect for our short trip to rome. the staff went out of their way to make sure we had the best possible experience, from altering breakfast times to suit our plans, to sitting with us and planning out where we wanted to go and the best way to do so. its in the ideal location, a 5 minute walk to the vatican and easy for getting over the river tiber to the other must see sights. i will definately recommend the fleur de lis and will not even think about staying anywhere else the next time i visit my favourite city.Anonymous

The room was clean and decorated in good taste. the hotel is located very close to the vatican.There was no air conditioning in the room, just electric fan. the bathroom is separate from the bedroom.
