Pros: Location is excellent, the apartment in in an old building in via vittoria in rome, surrounded by shops and close to most touristic attractions. the apartment has all modern facilities and the porter is extremely helpful. very positive experience. even had a list of recommended restaurants, shops, internet cafes. wonderful feeling of living amidst well-to-do romans.
Cons: The instructions to getting there from termini not accurate or clear. the walls are very thin, sometimes woke up at night by people coming home, and we could hear any conversation our neighbours had. could do with wine glasses and some basic supplies like sugar, salt, etc. almost no natural light getting into the rooms. negatives are by far outweighed by the positives , though.

Cons: Some of their staff were very rude, very noicy location even if it was in the center of rome but not nice at all as you have to walk and ask too much to reach it, 3 bars under the apartments which are causing a big amount of noise because the people are staying out side and their voice everywhere!!!and till early morning, the price is too high comparing the quality as its an old building, no room for bags if you want to keep them, the owners office too far from the building so you have to call them only for any help and some of them were very rude, no telephone device in the appartment, i dont recommend it to any one at all.
