"Very well situated"
Pros: Very well situated. close to public transport and tourist sights. room was clean and bathroom was spacious. breakfast was fresh with a range of foods. a comfortable lounge and a lift to use instead of the stairs.
Cons: The two different men i dealt with at reception were off handed and not approachable. the coffee in the urn on the breakfast buffet was undrinkable.

"Good location of hotel"
Pros: Good location of hotel. most of roma main sightseeing areas are rather close. it was in walking distance to everything! the staff is very friendly.from the moment we walked up the hotel staff at the front desk was energetic and helpful ! breakfast was limited but sufficient enough for you to start your day.
Cons: Free internet but it didn't work properly until the morning i was checking out. the signal of wi-fi is very poor.the tv was crap, no english, or even subtitled channels. but dont let this put you of cause lets face it your not there to lye and watch tv!!!
