Pros: Very clean, classy, elegant styling in the rooms. firm, comfortable mattress. very nice bathroom. nice breakfast (certainly one of the better scrambled eggs i've had in all of italy), and the "home-grown" honey was a nice touch! proximity to lepanto metro station was one of the best aspects of the hotel (easy to access the major sites, but sufficiently far from the noisy crowds).
Cons: It wasn't clear whether the climate control was functional in the room. at times, it was necessary to sleep with the windows slightly ajar to prevent the room from become stuffy.

Cons: When we booked our rooms we were quoted $343.00. however when we checked out we were charged $383.00. when i questioned this i was informed that the number of guests in the hotel changed our price. we are very discouraged by this and of course would never recommend your hotel even though we enjoyed our stay. i hope that you will consider rectifing this situation in the near future.

Cons: They was no tea/coffee marking equip in the room, the price of drinks in the hotel bar is a bit on the steep side even for a city hotel (24 euros for 2@ gin and tonics)

Cons: Bei der ankunft stand das gebuchte zimmer nicht zur verfügung und wir sollten ein dienstbotenzimmer im untergeschoß des nebenhauses beziehen. nach unserer weigerung wurden wir für 1 nacht im benachbarten hotel untergebracht. dafür wurde uns als entschädigung 50 euro zugestanden. bei der bezahlung wollte man von der vereinbarung allerdings nichts mehr wissen und erst nach insistieren wurde uns der nachlaß eingeräumt. wegen dieser schlechten erfahrung halte ich das hotel für nicht empfehlenswert.

Pros: This hotel is in a fantastic location, a short walk to all sights. the rooms are very well decorated and very clean. the reception was well staffed and beautiful frescoes were painted on the celing. but most of all the breakfast was wonderful! lots of different foods, pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurts, cake but my favourite was the scrambled egg- it was gorg! fantastic hotel, would cerainly stay again!
p.s we asked staff about a nice reseraunt near by and we were sent to zacari's resteraunt. it was the best reteraunt around, beautiful food, champaigne reception, complementary liqures after your meal- fantastic and well worth the £100 we spent there that night!
