Saff friendly and helpful. rooms clean and efficiently decorated including bathroom.
Messages left by third parties were delivered the next morning which is inadequate and made me miss appointments. swimming pool can not be used in august due to lack of umbrellas to protect against sun especially in view of fact that swimming pool only opens at 10 am when temperatures are already high. bar for coffee opens too late in morning and since hotel is lcated isolated you an't get a quick coffee without having to pay for the full hotel buffet breakfast.BURROW

H10 had the best air conditioning of all the five other hotels we stayed in in italy. internet connection was great as well and was the only hotel that not only offered it but it was included.Huge suggestion: since it is out of the way, i suggest you provide a more detailed map as to how to get back to the hotel since the hotel does provide shuttle service out.MICHAIL
