Cons: Limited bar opening times. long and expensive way from centre.
Cons: The hotel is in a not very appealing area with no discernable significance except for its proximity to the airport. it is not a tourist area.

Cons: Non smoking hotel

Cons: The staff was rude, unhelpful, and uncaring. the advertisement on the web site was incorrect. the website stated that there was hourly transportation to and from the airport and to the city, but we found out that the bus only operated twice a day to the airport and to the city. the staff did not try to assist us in anyway in providing transportation to the airport for our international flight. we had a 9:45 a.m. departure from rome to newark (where we needed to be at the airport at least two hours before departure) and the staff did not try to accomodate us. the front desk told us that the bus left at 7:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. and that was only times, no exceptions. the bus dropped us off at only one area which was far away from the ticket counter we needed. we had to drag forty pound bags to another bus to take us to the place we needed to be. the driver was unhelpful and did not answer any of our questions.
Cons: The location, coupled with the extortionate price of taxis, is a major downside. basically, if you wish to be in the city after 9 pm, don't choose this hotel. if the hotel really wanted to become a viable option for people visiting rome, they could do one run nightly from the city to the hotel, say around midnight. this would allow people to have a meal in the city and return before the rowdy revellers would be looking for a lift home. i think most people wouldn't mind paying a reasonable fare for such a night shuttle, but 40+ euro is pure nightlight robbery.
Cons: The shuttle only runs 2 times a day. that meant we had to use a cab which doubled the price of the room.
Cons: Yes,booked for tour and paid, and waited for 45mins,never turned up,it was an evening tour, hotel would not pay for taxi to catch bus, althought it was their fault.we were supposed to be collected at hotel!!i feel they did not do enought for us under the circumstances..but everything else was good.
Cons: Shuttle bus service was not very good, the times into and out of the centre was very limited. with the hotel situation of the west of the city there is a great need for the shuttle to run at more frequent times.
Cons: Beakfast is very good, but it would be nicer if it is not the same everyday.
Cons: It was much further out of rome than i expected. via aurelia is a huge road and we though we were much closer to rome then we ended up.
Cons: However, the hotel was in a remote part of rome and difficult to get to.
