The staff in the mornings were very nice and the hotel, apart from the mould in the shower was very clean
Well where to start. actually all my problems are with what easytobook stated about the hotel. trading standards would have a field day with how you described it and what it was actually like. i thought paying 140euros a night would garranty me 4 star accomodation but the room was so tiny. you stated that it was on the 1st floor but is actually on the 3rd, that each room has a view over the famous wall but ours looked directly onto a office block, the other side of the street, that each room had dvd, satellite tv and computer access. none of these were available and of about 40 channels none were in english. there were many other indiscrepencies and i have many pictures if you would like me to forward them on. i was going to write but hopefully this gets looked at sooner. i have run hotels myself and really would like to hear some comments back from you please as i travel a lot and this really has made me look at booking hotels abroad, a lot differently
