 "Great Hotel in Central Rome"
The hotel is very central, 10 mins walk from the Termini. You can see the Colloseum from the front door, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and the facilities are clean and upmarket. It was a great stay.

 "Nice little hotel"
This is a small hotel for those who want safe, conveniently located, fairly-priced and reasonably comfortable accommodations. We stayed twice--at the beginning and end of our trip. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is not jam-packed with tourists despite the fact that it's 2 blocks from the colosseum.

 "overview"
We stayed one week and hotel has excellent location for any purposes,it's safe and close to all attractive locations. however don't expect to much from included breakfast or coffee, but across the street is excellent. Staff was very forward coming in any requests,so overall it's good choice and value for money.

 "Basic but incredible location"
I did not want to be in my hotel in Rome apart from sleeping as we were there for 5days and that was action packed with sight seeing! Anfiteatro Flavio fit the bill perfectly- amazing location(you can see the Colesseum from the hotel),in walking distance of most sights except the Vatican and friendly hosts. Not luxury, but great price and clean which is just what you want. The loud doors meant that we were frequently woken up 5-6 am but we were waking up early to leave anyway, however anyone wanting to 'lie in' may want to give it a miss.

 "Not much sleep"
We had previously stayed in the Grifo hotel round the corner but couldn't get in there this year. The location is excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the food was always being topped up. Our only issues with this hotel were that the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything coming from the next room. Also when the toilet is flushed in the next room it made some amount of noise in ours. The beds were the worst though. We booked a double room but got twin beds pushed together. The pillows were as thin as a sheet and you only got one, we did ask for more and got another two though. The mattress was so uncomfortable though that this put a dampener on our stay. We did.t get much sleep and woke with sore backs every morning. We wouldn't use this hotel again unless the beds had been replaced.

 "Great location, good stay"
Biggest plus: very nice and lively neighbourhood, in the Monti district with a lot of small boutiques, winerys and cafes. Price-quality is average.

 "Enjoyable stay"
Room was small but cosy. Triple room. Double bed and bunk beds which s fine for a family room. There was a smell from bathroom but after telling staff this was resolved. Rooms where very clean an warm with tv an phone. We stayed on third floor, there was a lift but only took 2 ppl at a time as it was small. Breakfast was ok too. Location was great with some nice little places to eat with reasonable price list (€13 for 3 corse) within easy walking distance to most attractions including tremmi station. I hope to return to trove next year an will be staying at this hotel again
