Cons: Poor dinner service .. and the hotel booked us an early morning taxi for the airport and the driver gouged us

Cons: In pictures hotel looks better than it is in real. hotel neads to "make up" its interuir and visual look.
Cons: Communication at the front desk and in the restaurant was a little difficult, very little english spoken.
Cons: One particular staff member. her name is stephania, short brown curly hair with glasses. she was extremely rude to us when we simply enquired about the entrance to the fitness centre. there was actually 2 doors, one of which was closed. everyone else was pleasant enough. if you could pass this on to aris garden mgt about this 1 member of staff it would help other visitors in the future.
Cons: The hotel was not close to the airport. it was a $85 cab ride. the furniture needs replacement it is from the late 60s or very early 70s. oh and the piegon poop was not a pleasure to look at.
Cons: No one to hlp with luggage, no service ar all, left card on door for breakfast in room and it was not picked up. there were three groups staying at the hotel and we could not get waited on and we were treated as an inconvience when we came in for dinner. we were not told that there were groups staying at the hotel and that we would have a diffucult time ordering dinner and having breakfast. we asked the desk clerk to order a taxis for 8.30 the next morning and she had an attitude regarding the request.the hotel was probably very nice twenty years ago but needs updating.
Cons: It is a little far from ancient rome, but the metro connection is easy enough.
Cons: The distance from fiumicino airport is misleading. it took over 40 minutes by taxi and cost 45 euros each way.
Cons: The only negative was the hotel was not easy to find but it was worth it once we got there
Cons: Yes, your web site said the hotel was near the airport (a few kilometers away) in reality it took 30 minutes by cab and cab fare was 60 euros (about $90!) which certainly off-set any price savings!

Cons: The internet was not up yet and we could not figure out how to use the tv. the heating/cooling system was just barely adquate. old fashioned key locks on the doors were interesting.
