The hotel staff was rude. if i was in the us, i would have walked out and stayed somewhere else. every inch of the neighborhood was covered in grafitti, i did not feel i could leave the hotel safelyAnonymous

Good fitness centre and nice swimming poolOne particular staff member. her name is stephania, short brown curly hair with glasses. she was extremely rude to us when we simply enquired about the entrance to the fitness centre. there was actually 2 doors, one of which was closed. everyone else was pleasant enough. if you could pass this on to aris garden mgt about this 1 member of staff it would help other visitors in the future.Anonymous

The people were wonderful and helpful. i wanted a hotel near the airport because i arrived after midnight.The hotel was not close to the airport. it was a $85 cab ride. the furniture needs replacement it is from the late 60s or very early 70s. oh and the piegon poop was not a pleasure to look at.Anonymous

The food was good. i think the hotel is good for tour groups as they cater to these groups.No one to hlp with luggage, no service ar all, left card on door for breakfast in room and it was not picked up. there were three groups staying at the hotel and we could not get waited on and we were treated as an inconvience when we came in for dinner. we were not told that there were groups staying at the hotel and that we would have a diffucult time ordering dinner and having breakfast. we asked the desk clerk to order a taxis for 8.30 the next morning and she had an attitude regarding the request.the hotel was probably very nice twenty years ago but needs updating.John McGowan

The desk staff was very helpful.Yes, your web site said the hotel was near the airport (a few kilometers away) in reality it took 30 minutes by cab and cab fare was 60 euros (about $90!) which certainly off-set any price savings!P.Kruizenga

The staff at the front desk were most helpful and considerate! the bed and room was comfortable and clean. the waiter, julian, in the restaurant was most charming and helpful!The internet was not up yet and we could not figure out how to use the tv. the heating/cooling system was just barely adquate. old fashioned key locks on the doors were interesting.
