Pros: The staff was exceptionally well versed in knowledge about rome and tours. very helpful! included breakfast was a delight.
Cons: Though the room was large, it could have been more attractive. a bit noisy--street, train, subway could be heard early in the morning.

Pros: The hotel was easy to find, very central, very clean. staff very efficient and friendl. i would use the hotel again.
Cons: Water for tea in breakfast room was warm not boiling, need boiling water for proper tea however coffee was good. missed not having tea / coffee making facility in room.

Cons: Remember to request a room located on a higher floor or at the back of the building to avoid noise from the street.

Pros: Cleaning staff are really great. sleeping in late is fine since they will clean your room later in the day too.
Cons: Wasnt allowed an iron and if i wanted my clothes ironed i had to pay for somone to do it. bit of a joke.

Pros: Excellent english speaking staff, willing to help, give directions, book activities for us. facilities excellent, breakfast excellent and open from 6.30 til 10.30am. safe in room, cleaned daily, new towels, air con excellent, very central.
Cons: Wifi not operated by the hotel but booked through and on line company, swisscom. expensive €10 per hour and not particularly fast. this was not an issue for me as a casual browser but could be an annoyance for a business traveller who wanted an always on quality connection

Cons: I have arrived and found 2 rooms avaialble out of 3 rooms i have booked them through you. they have told me that they have received order from you for 2 rooms!!! i was put in their other hotel, so half of my family was divided

Pros: The breakfast was lovely and the front desk clerks were helpful. the location is perfect if you are coming from the train station- it's about a block away and within walking distance to all things. the rooms were also very nice. there were a lot of students who stayed out our hotel.
Cons: The rooftop garden dining facility which was in the adjoining mediterraneo, was overly expensive and the service was nothing to write home about. it was difficult to get the waiters to wait on you at all (and i am quite used to european non-hurried service so it wasn't that) i suppose this comes from the fact that service is always included whether you give it or not so there's no longer an incentive to do any better....wouldn't recommend that place.
