Highly over-rated, over priced and under delivered. Bedroom was tiny (I could touch opposite walls at the same time), and the bed very hard and uncomfortable. The 'bathroom' was so small I had to turn sideways to manoeuvre around it, and to get into/out of the shower (one shower door opened barely 4/6" before hitting the sink), the 'shelf' in the shower was also broken, barely clinging to the wall and would not have supported the weight of a shower gel tube and the shower itself was broken. There was no plug in the sink (or bidet) either. The website advertises under 'Services', a 'bar' - when I asked I was told there was none (other than the minibar). Staff didn't exactly bend over backwards to be helpful, giving a perfunctory service. This was slightly reminiscent of Fawlty Towers, only not that enjoyable!

Cons: The pillow case on my friend's spare pillow had dried blood on it. the bar was non-operational.
