 "Location is acceptable although it is about a 30 minute walk from spagna..."
Pros: Location is acceptable although it is about a 30 minute walk from spagna area and another 30 minute walk to the vatican city.
Cons: Printer did not work so i had to go to the lobby get my documents printed. internet was not free either. size of the room is acceptable but it was dark with just one downlight and the room was very bare with just plain white walls- needs a big improvement in its interiors. the servers in the restaurant during breakfast were not very pleasant.

Cons: On arrival said we had only booked single room were as we had booked double room as confirmed on showing them our e-mail .

Pros: Very good location, easy to walk to all the major sites. we arrived 3 hours before the stated check-in time and the staff were happy to give us our room early. good breakfast. spacious bathroom.
Cons: No plug sockets in room! therefore couldn't plug in phone charger etc.

Pros: Well located and staff spoke very good english. they were helpful with any requests and useful for tourist information, bus routes etc. nothing seemed to much to ask.

Pros: The staff were very polite and helpful. the hotel is located near all the main attractions. i did not have to use public transport at all.
Cons: The transfers were a bit pricey.

Well located and staff spoke very good english
