"Friendly, helpul staff"

Guests can enjoy some very nice activities like visiting Rome and its surroundings with the guided tours organised by the hotel. The hotel has an ample terrace with a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing.

Pros: The location of the hotel was the best part of this hotel.
Cons: The staff were often rude, and changed the rules about the air conditioning. it said it was included and when we arrived we were told it would be a one off payment of eight euros of which we decided to pay is it was too hot and later on that day the same member of staff said actually it's eight euros per day which is awful! they should have told us on the website and been straight with us as soon as we arrived we spent our entire stay very uncomfortable in the room heat.
