The place is clean and neat. newer interiors. the staffs were pleasant and helpful. they gave us a second set of keys when we asked for it. they provided breakfast, clean towels, and a bottle of water for all guests everyday. it is very close to rome termini and metro, which was helpful.Anonymous

The staff were excellent. very helpful. the rooms were recently refubished. location is very close to the termini station which is handy. a shuttle to the station was available at a reasonable price. The only negative which once we were staying there didn't matter, was that it's on the second floor and the signage outside wasn't great, so we had to find it by the number. room was a little noisy from the street.LLEWELLYN

Very friendly owner who went out of her way to help. we didn't actually stay at hotel filippo but was transferred to another of their hotels, the simone, which was even better. rooms cleaned daily with clean towels.Didn't like the window between bedroom and bathroom. otherwise it was delightful.Anonymous

Clean, modern room with very effective aircon. comfortable beds, wardrobe with safe, tv. en-suite bathroom tiny, but clean with modern fittings. metro station 2 mins walk away, bus stop for number 70 bus right outside, so convenient for public transport. if you have a car, there is also a car park just outside, but it is expensive (not affiliated to hotel). breakfast at nearby miky bar (which also does great sandwiches!). overall, good basic accommodation. excellent value.Limited tv channels in english, but then you don't visit rome to watch tv! the area is fine during the day, but can be a little intimidating at night when walking back from termini station. A nice small hotel, near to the termini railway station. the air con and a huge double bed were definite plusses.Was difficult to find as there's not a very obvious sign out the front, and the hotel is up on the 2nd floor of the building.Anonymous

The room was perfect and very clean. there was a minibar, safebox, lcd tv and an air conditioner in the room. inside the room you feel like you were in a 3 or 4 star hotel. however i can't tell the same think for the entrance(building).
it was in half an hour of walking distance to collesium and only 3-4 minutes to rome termini station.Area at night doesn't seem safe but it was ok in the morning.Barr
