Hotel Florida is located in one of the most famous shopping areas of Rome, a few steps from the Vatican and from Saint Angel Castle.
The district area is called "Prati" and is famous for its '900 buildings in wich you can have nice walks in the evening and taste a good ice-cream in "Portofino" only 200 meters away from the hotel.
Close by the hotel you can find the famous Spanish Steps and the Via Condotti, the fashion street (Gucci, Prada, Valentino, Cartier, Fendi). From there you can carry on until Fontana di Trevi. On the other side of the bridge you can reach Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori and visit the Pantheon.
How to reach the Hotel Florida?By plane, from Leonardo da Vinci international airport (distance 30 km): Take the train shuttle (Leonardo Express) that runs every 20 minutes which will take you to Termini Railway central station. From here follow the directions below (by train).
By plane, from Ciampino Airport (distance 30 km): Take the shuttle bus (Cotral Company) that connects Ciampino airport with Ciampino station. From here take the train shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and links with Terminal Railway station. From here follow the directions below (by train).
By train: From Termini Railway Station take metro Line "A" in direction of 'Battistini'. Exit at 'Ottaviano San Pietro' station. From there it is 10 minutes walking to the hotel. Go along Via Ottaviano, you arrive in a big square called Piazza Risorgimento, go on to the left side, and go along the Via Cola di Rienzo. Stay on the left side of the street and after 200 meters you will reach the hotel on number 243.
