Pros: Helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Breakfast was included but after the first drink such as tea or coffeee you have to pay for further drinks. it seemed petty. toilet seat was broken. could have been cleaner. we used shower gel provided on first day and this was not replaced. little problems but they spoilt or stay. with a little more effort it could be an excellent place to stay.
