Pros: Our family has stayed at this wonderful hotel in 2010 and 2011. the rooms are immaculate, the staff is courteous and very tourist-friendly. the real gem is the charming roof-top restaurant with direct views of saint peter's basilica. the breakfast included with the hotel fee is an absolute feast and a wonderful start to the day. the location is great to access many amazing places within walking distance. we hope to return!

Pros: Just returned from a short break in rome staying at the hotel isa which came highly recommended by reviews on tripadvisor-the hotel met all our expectations and we would definately use it again.although the room was basic it had all the facilities needed for a stay of this duration and was ideally located for sightseeing with st peters only a 15 min walk and piazza navonna also within easy walking distance.we found the staff to be very helpful- we arrived early morning and were not expecting to gain access to our room however the staff took our luggage and provided us with a map showing the location of the usual tourist sights.the rooftop terrace was a big attraction for us and the breakfast buffet was excellent by italian hotel standards with fantastic views of st peters-there are several good restaurants in the nearby locality with vito's a particular favourite with english speaking staff.recommend you arrange airport transfer direct with hotel for a flat fee of 50 euro's

Pros: We have stayed at this hotel three times now. every time we have a better room, this time we have a digital jaccuzzi, seven head shower and 50 inch plasma. it was first class. the staff are helpful, the food is excellent. its a short walk to the vatican along the river, beautiful. there are many bus stops around the corner to take you anywhere you wish to go. its a quiet area but only a walk away from other main attractions. love the roof terrace with amazing views.

Pros: Reception staff very helpful & professional
Cons: The room was very small, and certainly not what i was led to believe i had actually paid for by the sourcing website. i'm sure the hotel has better rooms, but i'm assuming we were put in room 100 due to the "deal" on cost we were offered. i certainly would not have booked this hotel/room if i knew what the room would be like.

Pros: The breakfast was fantasic! buffet style and as much as you could eat. the hotel location is ideal for both the vatican city and for access to rome's sights
Cons: We were in a standard room (second floor) which was very small with a tiny bathroom, the desk staff were not very sympathetic and basically said that was what we got for booking a standard room! i believe the rooms on the upper floors are bigger (and more expensive!)
