Very good location. major sites within walking distance. room very good. very warm. clean. little bit on small sidebut was advertised as 'standard' room, so no complaint about this. good value for money. majority of staff very helpful.
Advertised as having a bar, which we would happily have made use of. however, everything we asked for the duty reception person said was out of stock, even though we could see bottles of the drinks requested on the shelves. we found this very odd, and didn't frequent the bar again after the first attempt. this is a pity, because it is a very attractive little space at the front of the hotel and could be a good place to chat to other guests and to the staff. this didn't seem to be encouraged.
