Cons: Concierge does not speak english, hotel transfer with huge delay due to booking too many guests for one car, not at shared charge either. there might be a minibar in the room, however no glassware: should one drink out of the bottle? really not worth the claimed star rating and certainly not a good value proposition.

Cons: Hotel is very good for 3 stars hotel but it is deffinitely not 5 stars. we booked standard room that looked like small box without windows. after 2 hours arguing and looking for appropriate room finally we got normal room with outside window where you can have daily light and fresh air (which they call superior de luxe room!?!). hotel is not bad for but not even close to 5*

Cons: One of the staff gave misleading information about the opening hours of certain places of interest in rome and are more interested in pushing the sale of tour packages to us; we were initially given a room without a view and it was stuffy but the hotel was accomodating and changed the room for us.

Pros: Room was a little small but very modern with aircon, bathroom had a spa shower.reception staff were very good as were the breakfast staff. breakfast on the roof terrace was a delight looking over the whole city. joseph the concierge was marvellous, recommended restaurants gave directions anything you needed. we would recommend this hotel to anyone.
