How to reach the Hotel Lloyd?How to reach the hotel
By car:
The property is easily reachable from the G.R.A.-Grande Raccordo Anulare which is connected to all the main highways. From the Raccordo, take exit number 14, turn right onto the A24 highway and proceed for around 8 km. Follow the circonvallazione Tiburtina for around 800 metres, then turn right into via del Verano, and right again into via Tiburtina. Once you pass viale Regina Margherita, turn right into piazza Galeno and right again onto viale Regina Margherita. After around 500 metres, turn left into via Nomentana, right into Piazza Alessandria, then right again into via Alessandria, where the hotel is located.
By train:
From the Roma Termini railway station, take bus line 36 in the Pampanini direction and get off after around 4 stops at Porta Pia, only 250 metres from the hotel.
By airplane:
The Fiumicino airport is about 30 km from the hotel and is well connected to the city by highway and express train service.

The rooms were clean and the hotel quiet.the gentleman on reception was very helpful and helped us organise a trip on the local buses.were able to get to places of interest from the hotel by bus in about 10 mins
The only thing that would have improved our stay was a kettle in the room to provide tea or coffeeAnonymous

Good location and within walking distance of most of the city highlights. breakfast was fine.Room was very hot and the air conditioning didn't work. advised by staff on desk to open the window but the street outside was quite noisy at night. difficult to sleep in hot, noisy environment which had an impact on our stay. strangely the rest of hotel seemed quite cool! hotel lacked atmosphere and seemed very expensive for what it was.Anonymous

The hotel was in a lovely area with a great pizzeria just next door. lots of other places to eat too, not touristy though so don't expect menus in 4 different languages. i gave us a real taste of the city though. we speak italian and i think it made the experience a lot easier but everywhere we went people were friendly and wanting to help. the guys on the front desk of the hotel were really kind, gave us a map, told us where to get tickets for the train and bus. we looked forward to coming back to the hotel. it's about 15 minute walk from the termini but we had lovely weather and enjoyed walking from the hotel - didn't use a bus once!No bad experience at allAnonymous

Nice hotel, good bed, convenient room and well equipped bathroom, good breakfast. nice restaurants in the neighborhood. 15 min walk from the metro, busstop closer. Like anywhere in rome: noisy street. although the street is not too busy and has not too much trafic, it's still rather noisy. Anonymous

It was a pleasant stay in a good room and bed. the breakfast was basic but all we wanted was offert.The hotel is futher away from the centre of the city. the neccaserry bus lines were near to the hotel.Anonymous

Our room at the lloyd hotel was clean and comfortable with very little noise at night. there are plenty of local restaurants at reasonable prices and hotel staff were happy to suggest places to eat. the hotel is situated some distance from the main tourist attractions but most are within reasobale walking distance and a good bus service is available.Anonymous

The hotel was very clean, furnishings were in excellent condition with comfortable beds. the location was quiet but close to cafes restaurants etc.The only thing we would have really appreciated would have been a kettle and a few tea bags, milk etc.
