Pros: One of the owners, concheta was extremely helpful and hospitable. their housekeeping staff carried our luggage up the stairs - a huge relief after our journey. the location is convenient and not noisy and the free breakfast with mari 2 was adequate for italy. having internet available for only 1 euro for 30 minutes was extremely convenient.
