Pros: Breakfast was very good. the room was very clean.
Cons: Some of the staff were alittle "blunt" which can often be mistaken for being rude.
it was a shame the bar was not open for the 4 nights, but the staff were very helpful in proving glasses and ice.

Cons: It was a very nice hotel. however, we were not informed that we needed to inform the hotel to turn on the a?c to the room. the first night we spent in a stuffy room. the next day we asked if there was something we could do to cool it off. at the desk, they adjusted the thermosat, and lowered it 20 degrees. that night we were very comfortable. if you stay here, ask for a/c.

Pros: Staff were really welcoming and helpful, most of them spoke english which was really helpful. hotel is well situated near train and metro (roma termini) so you can access everything easily. room was very clean and comfortable. breakfast was ok. taxi bookings can be made through hotel to the airport for a fixed price, reliable and well worth it(we had quite a bit of luggage)

Cons: I booked wrongly for a three person bedroom i asked for some discount without succsss we were also given a small bedroom even though we had a superior bedroom booked most reception staff were without any form of personality i would add this comment to the dining room staff re breakfast room breakfast cold

Pros: Comfortable and clean within easy walking distance to termini makes this hotel good for the value conscious tourist.
Cons: Checkin time on the booking confirmation print out was earlier than that advised by the hotel when we arrived. we were able to leave our bags and go off for a few hours before checking in.
would prefer two pillows per person - one is not adequate.

Pros: There was a party of noisy (exuberant) students in the adjoining rooms and we feared for a noisy night, but the hotel staff very quickly and pleasantly reassigned us to a very quiet room without hesitation when we broached our concerns to them. the room was lovely, beds good, breakfast very nice and i think everything was outstanding value for the price we were charged.
