We found the staff very helpful. we were delighted with the facilities; especially the terrace for gathering as a group( there were 6 of us travelling together) we appreciated being offered coffee; as we arrived early after a long flight.

It was cleanThe website drastically overestimated the quality of services available. they advertise a/c in every room but in fact, they only have it in some of the rooms. moreover, the few rooms that did have a/c had to pay an extra 7 euro per day! even if we wanted to rent the 7 euro ac, the front desk lady lost the remote to turn it on. service was more rude than friendly, and the rooms were modestly sized at best. also, anything in the termini neighborhood is kinda sketchy, so single female travelers beware! better look in a different neighborhood where you can get a better value...mc lafferty

Hotel milo is very close to all public transportation. room was spacious and clean. staff was very helpful. The room rate did not charge to credit card same as website indicated (in u.s. dollars). hotel staff didn't know much about places to eat (recommendations) or about transportation and such.Anonymous
