Pros: We were actually given a room in the adjoining hotel taormina and it was a lovely large room with a huge newly renovated bathroom. we had a window that opened onto a courtyard, so the room was very quiet. it was impeccably clean throughout the entire facility and service from the staff was good whenever we required something. we were more than pleased with our stay at hotel taormina. it was an easy walk to termini station which came in handy when the metro went on strike on our day of departure!
Cons: Hotel taormina does not have minibar fridges in the rooms as promised with our reservation at hotel moscatello, but they allowed us to keep our bottled water and beer in the fridge at reception instead in compensation. it was not ideal, but it was just for 2 days so we made do.

Pros: The hotel is two blocks away from the vitorio metro station, there are busses very close and tram exactly outside, so you can easily visit rome!
the rooms are cleaned everyday and the coffee machine is very helpful as you cannot have breakfast, furniture nice.
Cons: The triple room we stayed is very small and if you wanted to open the window the noise could drive you mad. the price of the room was very expensive for just a room, in greece you pay 110 euros in a 4-5 stars hotel with 2 meals, plus pools and other facilities. the hotel has no facility.

Pros: Very polite staff, we was running late and reception closes at 10pm but they rang us to maske sure we was ok and waited for us to arrive and check in.
located in an ideal place, a few minutes to the metro were you can access all major landmarks. also a supermarket a few minutes away which is handy to buy food and daily essentials.

Pros: The staff were always friendly and very helpful with the many questions we asked about transport,restaurants etc, the staff also kept the hotel clean and tidy, would stay there again if i get to go back to rome.

Pros: Close to the subway and train station, great famous ice cream store/ factory on same block many restaurants to chose from near by.
Cons: No internet of any kind and no internet close by that we could find. noisy street but for us that was not that big an issue

Cons: Broken shower door, broken trashcan, dusty room, difficult to enter/find, inhospitable staff, miniscule tv, strange key situation -needed to pay additional deposit for entry to the hotel after dark.

Pros: A very good hotel for the price. water and soda in the minibar was for free! :) clean room with clean towels. quiet.
Cons: The room was a little small for two big suitcases. the neighbourhood was not creepy, but not nice. few good restaurants nearby.

Cons: The only problem is that you cannot call room to room with the phones, no wake up calling or clocks available. when the door is locked in one hallway and other people you are traveling with are in another hallway you cannot get to them as your hallway key does not fit theirs.
