Everything about the hotel mozart was positive. helpful staff, excellent facilities - breakfast room, day lounge room, and the rooms we had on two occasions were large and comfortable. not like the usual rome accomodation at all! i think we were lucky because our friends had a smaller room on both occasions, for the same price. but our experience was excellent. thank you
We didn't experience anything negative about the hotel.

The hotel location is excellent-right in the historical centre and was able to walk to many places of interest (plaza del popolo, trevi, pantheon, forum etc).
The hotel reception staff on shift during the day was not polite or helpful. we were not welcomed on arrival and were not offered any information when we asked about museums/monuments open on easter day and easter monday. the only helpful staff was the guy on the night shift.
