For some shopping, pay a visit to Via Nazionale or Via Appia, both on walking distance from Hotel Napoleon. Entertainment is also on walking distance; many restaurants, clubs and bars where there is something for everyone.

How to reach the Hotel Napoleon?By car:
From the highway, take the G.R.A. ring-road and enter via Appia in the centro direction. Continue until Piazza S.Giovanni in Laterano and take via Emanuele Filiberto, which leads to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II where the hotel is located.
By train:
From Termini railway station, take metro line A and get off at Vittorio Emanuele. The hotel is located just in front of the exit.
By airplane:
From Fiumicino airport, take the Leonardo Express train to Termini central station and continue by underground, following the directions above.
From Ciampino airport, take the bus to the Anagnina stop and continue by underground to Vittorio Emanuele.
Extra information: The 'Vittorio Emanuele' metro station is located a few meters from the hotel and has a direct connection with Vatican and all the major sights. Also the bus station is only a few meters from the hotel.

The staff of the hotel went out of their way to make our experience an excellent one. the front desk was extremely helpful in guiding us through rome. the location is perfect and right out side the metro station and minutes from termini. we would definitely stay here again. Martin Bangs

We were offered a free meal to compensate for the superior room which it was definitely not! we did not take them up on their offerSuperior room was too small, air conditioning units outside window, loud noise, too dark, we changed to an ordinary room and got a 30 euro reduction.Anonymous

Staff were helpful & friendly. good breakfast selection for a large hotel & good size lounge area on the 3rd floor.Bathrooms were small & not cleaned properly, showers were small which made them ackward to use. rooms were a lot smaller than the photographs made them look. no view, with obscured glazing to hide the fact you are overlooked by apartments, which made the rooms feel claustrophobic.Thompson

Very nice and clean. the hotel staff was wonderful and helpful and the breakfast (included) was excellent! lots of americans and brits to visit with in the lobby and share stories and suggestions.I had read that the bathrooms were small, but they are really really small. the shower verges on ridiculous but it was only my daughter and i so we could "fit". i don't see how a mand would have been able to!!Fraser
