Great common area and bar area along with comfortable room. Very convenient to be right by the Red Line of the Metra. Concierge was so very helpful for any of our requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Perfect location! There was a wine tasting going on in the restaurant the night that we checked in, where we enjoyed some extremely good wine and nibbles. Much to our surprise, a bottle of bubbles on ice with 2 glasses arrived at our room one night - from checking our passports on check in, they realized it was my partners 30th birthday that day! Really nice and thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay there again! :)

There are so many hotels in Rome to choose from, but we are really happy we happen to find this one. An added bonus was the concierge service, particularly the help we received from Roberto. If we return to Rome, we will stay here again.

The hotel was very well situated, with only a 15min walk to both the colosseum & roman ruins (s) and the main train terminal (n), and a metro stn yards from the front door.The hotel was very clean and the staff polite.would have no problem staying there again if in Rome.

Hotel Napolean was well worth the money. The staff is helpful and friendly and had suggestions for whatever we needed. The facilities are top notch and I loved the resautrant. (Which was reasonably priced as well as good tasting) I thought it was pretty centrally located as you can walk to the church of Mary there and catch many Rome tour buses. If you prefer the metro, there is a stop right outside the door (about one to two minutes away). Overal, a little pricey but very worth it!

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the napoleon. having an entrance to the underground directly in front of the hotel is an added plus after hours of walking around the centre of rome!

they have arranged for us airport transportation, even pack breakfast bag for us since we leave early morning before they open for breakfast. we are really strong recommand this hotel.

Pros: I was very impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. i was invited to a "happy hour" where drinks and snacks were provided and the manager and other hotel staff mingled with the guests. it was an opportunity to meet other people, and as i was traveling alone, i appreciated this. the single room i was given was a little dingy and i told the staff at reception who offered me another room which was much nicer. the dining rooms and lounge area were attractively decorated. the buffet breakfast, which was included, was excellent.

Pros: The warm and welcoming staff went out of their way to make our stay in rome a memorable one. the hotel is conveniently located near a safe and easy to use metro station. breakfast was excellent. the room (superior) was spotless, spacious and comfortable. we hope to go back to rome next year and would not consider staying at another hotel. we stayed at the hotel with another couple who were equally pleased with their stay.
