Hospitality is priority for this originally family-run accommodation. Tourists can get assistance in tours and other information about visiting Rome. By train:
From Termini railway station, take metro line A and get off at Vittorio Emanuele. The hotel is located just in front of the exit.

By airplane:
From Fiumicino airport, take the Leonardo Express train to Termini central station and continue by underground, following the directions above.

From Ciampino airport, take the bus to the Anagnina stop and continue by underground to Vittorio Emanuele.

Pros: I was very impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. i was invited to a "happy hour" where drinks and snacks were provided and the manager and other hotel staff mingled with the guests. it was an opportunity to meet other people, and as i was traveling alone, i appreciated this. the single room i was given was a little dingy and i told the staff at reception who offered me another room which was much nicer. the dining rooms and lounge area were attractively decorated. the buffet breakfast, which was included, was excellent.

Pros: The warm and welcoming staff went out of their way to make our stay in rome a memorable one. the hotel is conveniently located near a safe and easy to use metro station. breakfast was excellent. the room (superior) was spotless, spacious and comfortable. we hope to go back to rome next year and would not consider staying at another hotel. we stayed at the hotel with another couple who were equally pleased with their stay.

the location was apprx. 20 minutes walk to the coliseum, but the metro was right in front of the hotel. the lobby is upstairs and quite large and comfortable. breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful. i would recommend it to anyone who likes to walk and ride the metro, which i thought was very safe and easy and inexpensive.
