Very clean and functional. staff polite and helpful when needing information.Breakfast restaurant on one day looked as if a bomb had hit it. very little food available and tablea not cleared away quickly. could be due to the fact that there was a large party of young lads staying there who seemed to have an enormous appetite!Anonymous

The hotel was in close proximity to the most popular sights, and the breakfast was good.The hotel room was a bit small for the price, we were in a room at the back of the hotel and were awakened every moning at 6.15am by deliveries. the view from our room looked out on to an alley and into the rooms of an adjacent hotel.Anonymous

For some reason the hotel had only one room reserved but they sorted that quickly. however the rooms were not v good. the staff were pleasant and helpful The air conditioning did not work
my room was nothing like that depicted on the web site and overlooked the rear where work started noisily at about 7.30am Anonymous

The staff were professional. the hotel was excellently situated within walking distance of some of the main sites and close to the metro. the room was spotlessly clean and bedlinen changed every day. the breakfast was good, if a little unexciting.Requested a double room when booking but given a twin room on arrival which was very small. requested a change of room and the second room was vastly superior, double bed, much more space, delightful bathroom.Anonymous

The hotel is ideally located by the metro (easy access to other areas/sites within rome), plenty of eateries around the hotel, and the hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. when we visit rome again, we're likely to stay at this hotel again.
